Payment Details Fee Payment

After registration you should shortly receive an e-mail with the payment details (amount, IBAN and BIC). Payment, in Euros, is required in advance through Bank transfer. In the transfer subject please write SIEBMXX and your first and last names (e.g. SIEBMXX John_Doe). In case we do not receive the payment on time, your abstract will not be part of the program and abstract book. Bank fees may be charged to the participants. After registration and after we receive the payment confirmation, we will send you an invoice within a few days. Please check your institution name and vat number.

Payment Details Proof of Payment

After payment, you must send a proof of payment to the organizing committee, such as a photo or scan of the bank transfer.To send that proof, please send us an email and attach the corresponding file. Once we verify the match between your registration data and the proof of payment, we will confirm your registration as valid.

Payment Details Refunding Policy

If a participant is unable to attend the symposium, the following refunding arrangements will be applied:

  1. Registrations cancelled until 15 July will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
  2. Registrations cancelled until 30 July will be refunded 25% of the registration fees.
  3. Registrations cancelled after 1st August (included) will not be eligible for a refund.

A VALID STUDENT CERTIFICATE MUST BE SENT WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE LOWER FEES AS STUDENTS
